ACA exemptions violate many aspects of the constitution overtly.All of the arguments made by 'crat lawyers for the ACA reject the possibility of exemptions. Exemptions imply there's two statutes. One is for special people, friends of the president, and the other, for the rest. The 14th amendment has been used a hundred times to assert the opposite. Exemptions imply there's two laws, separate and unequal.
