The true liberals in the tradition of the enlightenment, stand up to corrupt concentrations of power and those who hide from view behind the oligopolies, religions, mafia, plus communist and fascist dictatorships.

True liberals attempt to limit the accumulation of economic and governmental power by a select "elite"..

There is very little difference between monopolization of power by corporations and the monopolization of power by government apparachiks. It's still a concentration of power by the few over the many.
