One reason is that BGM's head honcho has a terrible terrible track record -- pays himself to drill drill drill, and the company that was renamed BGM went through not one but two 10:1 rollback, which amounts to a 100:1 rollback, something you only see in those OTCBB crap plays that trade for hundredths of a penny.

I'll give him credit for consolidating the district, but even so he has always been far more adept at mining shareholders than mining gold.
