With just the tiniest placticity of thought one could or can imagine those first flint & stone chippers are the first architects of these later fantastic structures that unfortunately every secret we will have to guess. But this later array of human experience in great buildings goes back to the earliest skillsets & works up is sufficient wonder for me .

If you have ever seen how fast & how expert one versed in flinting stone can can create a perfect knife or spearhead , then you have been clued in . There are those that do have ancient knowledge of large stone building that do exist & that would be the Indians who have had long time experience as Temple builders . Some of these fellows were sent down to some Aztec sites etc and instantly recognized certain features the diggers were stumped on for decades . They were handhold notches they had already been using themselves for 1600yrs & more , i knew the famed fellow that sent & sponsored them .

Truely inspiring all , the shear size these peoples dealt in shows the scope of their desire & passions ...and imaginations . Nature is very inspiring when you have to live right up close in her midst every day , or a quick trip & a week alone out in Joshua Tree will remind you quickly .
