Leaving the discussion. I gotta say though watching the left and right dig in, I am far from convinced we can ever restore things. We all talk past each other! Including me. While i disagree stronly with Chris AND Robert, most here use me as the Npbush/Romney whipping boy which I am not. IMHO Bush was worst prez ever followed by O. Last point: Bernanke needs to raise short rates to 2% and govt needs to pre-issueb$1-2 trillion of 10-30 year debt. That would preclude Greece IMHO. Higher interest would stimulate consumers by putting cash into middle class and retired savers hands. It is not like anyone who can borrow has not.
