Most of Thales satellite business comes with COFACE guarantees. Without these Vendor Financing, then the market would be more level.

Perhaps Globalstar can provide an example to COFACE and the French Government of what happens when one of your national industries screws its customers.

Here is title to YOUR 600MM in satellites. Sorry they accidently got raised to the graveyard orbit... Ooops!
