In re -- 11. You agree to cooperate with all reasonable requests of the Special Committee of the Board to promptly pursue settlement of the civil complaint filed against you on January 4, 2012 by the SEC and take all reasonable steps to reach such settlement. Upon the appointment of a lead plaintiff in the class action suit filed against you on July 28, 2011, you agree to promptly pursue settlement of the same and take all reasonable steps to reach such settlement. --


Why is that? Do they feel these complaint/suit taint their investment in some way? I don't get it.
