Because Managment has made some horrible decisions regarding express scripts. That decision continues to play out in lower and lower sales per store. there is no going back or clear path back. they deny anything is wrong with "its the BEST its ever been" comments and now this managment is trying to hide the ineptness with a large forgien transaction. Some analysis have seen the light and let the downgrades begin.
