The MS RT tablet will have a Tegra SOC, while the Win-8 version is claimed to use an IB:

The main thing that strikes me with this is that MS really cannot think in the new paradigm. In reality, this is an ultra-ultrabook. I think the consequence of this is that users will use it more as a laptop, and consequently the MS ecosystem for tablets will evolve more slowly towards the full tablet paradigm, while Apple barrels ahead.
