In mobile, Intel uses Imagination IIRC, so other than the process implementation, they don't have any advantage over anyone else, and right now Medfield is 32nm. I thing Samsung uses Imagination as well, and they are shipping 32nm HKMG SOCs, so that would be the closest comparison between Intel and someone else. I don't recall if Intel has stated what the graphics on their 22nm mobile parts will be, whether internal or sticking with Imagination.

As far as Tegra , I think it is inferior to the leading Imagination products, but its been awhile since I looked at a table comparing them. Tegra is still 40 or 45nm non-HKMG however.
