China is no more interested in Islamic Jihad nuclear weapons than is the so-called "Free World" which is increasingly looking less free than China. <Does the USA want China to fill the vacuum in Afghanistan and strengthen ties with Pakistan? Somehow I don't think so as the Pakistani's would soon be selling nuclear ordinance to who ever would buy. > It seems a reasonable idea that Afghanistan use China's capital, people, and technology for development. I'm in favour. China can profit, Afghanistan can profit, Chinese will have more money with which to buy my mobile Cyberspace technology and Globalstar communications. Afghans will also be able to buy my technology. The USA will tax Qualcomm's and Globalstar's profits. It's a win-win-win-win-win-Winn outcome. Mqurice
