Elmatador - thanks for taking the time to respond to my posts regarding EBR, the background your provided is very helpful.FWIW, it should be in the interest of all stakeholders to get clarity on the future of these utility concessions as soon as possible.

Now the really hard question to the thread: should we buy EBR shares in the mid 6$ range or not? I have no idea what EBR would be worth, if they were to loose their concessions....
