if AVP makes the list by end of day i will likely own some.

also have an order in to sell some puts on another name on the list -- my old flame ATPG. i own the bonds but not the stock currently. if the order fills (or is it empties, since i am selling?) i will own ATPG at $3.30 in about five weeks give or take, unless the price is above $4 at that time.
