Now, I don't believe he was born in Kenya. I believe he lied about it for a variety of purposes. But you can't really blame people for thinking he may have been born in Kenya when Obama is the source of the rumor. i think he had more incentive to lie now, than to lie back then. no way he can admit he was born in kenya. i'm 80% sure he was born in kenya.
but the birth issue is dangerous for romney in the election, and the liberals know it. it's a distraction and might give oblamya some sympathy votes. it's better to expose him after the election. the republicans are wise to say they believe obama was born in hawaii.
if i was heading the rnc, i'd be pushing the things he's said, and not let up. i'd be running "under 'my' plan of cap'n'trade, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket". everyone would say that he's retracted that. ok, that's good, but then why did he say it in the first place? it was in 2008, and the economy was already in trouble. i'd play it every single day. every. single. day.
play the video of him saying he's going to bankrupt the coal industry. use his own words against him. every. single. day.
play videos of him flip flopping his positions. every. single. day.
be relentless with the leaks. be relentless with fast'n'furious. it's apparent that his whole administration (his whitehouse) is filled with fools. they'll continue to make gaff after gaff under pressure. show him to be the liar he is, with his own words.
i also believe he's a muslim. but we should stay away from that issue too. don't give him a chance to get any sympathy votes. most christians, especially catholics are going to vote against him anyway. we just don't need to go there. if we play it strategically smart, he's toast in november.
the question is, what's he going to do after he loses the election? when he's got nothing to lose? to me, that's a scary thought. |
