Not an exact science because the swings are never exactly sinusoidal, but yes. Four peaks, four valleys (more or less) in FNV the past year. The slowly increasing highs and lows on the four round trips tend to indicate the eventual move will be to the upside. The exact same logic applies to down moves, so be careful. This is basic Wyckoff theory, and those guys were really good. Had to be with 7% commissions in the day. He only dealt with perfect set ups and never held for more than a 10% loss. His buy point would have been Tuesday (after the first weak pull back to the resistance point, which is now the support point). Let's sees if it works out. CD p.s. Oh, one more thing to indicate this was the perfect break out. News in the sector is all bad.
