what happens is the interested majors-prospective purchasers can gain access to the pfs material ... they can then do their diligence and open or extend their dialogue with the company.. at least one major had taken the ground tour already on the property before as that was mentioned at the annual meeting.. i believe there was a question in regard to giving the deposit a 1000 meter test...

presumably we are for sale...presumably more then one major is interested in the project.... many might come to gather intelligence as well.. who knows... i do remember something like 18 companies may have kicked the tires on the northern peru copper operation way back after they released their pfs and put themselves up for sale...

the rest is up to randy ..

i suspect the company will move towards initiation of the full feasibility study and also work some of the exploration properties just to show the world the company isn't dead in the water.. waiting for the buyout...

I've never dismissed the possibility of some kind of joint venture development... dubai has $10 billion it wants to invest in gold mining and the chinese are on the same level capital wise.... we will have to wait and we will be kept in the dark until and if randy deems an offer to be good enough to present to the shareholders

the pfs is being run by the same people who did the feasibility study for pensaquito ... they are a very well respected outfit

your guess is as good as mine as what is to happen as far as attracting a bid goes... of course we would hope for all the majors to compete to acquire metates... but don't roped into a hope a dope situation huh? I am just glad we are moving in the direction of the home stretch.. beyond that who really knows.. the pfs will definitely give some idea of the expectations of potential value but then again the margin for error on these kinds of documents is excessive....
