How '[cheap' were urban parts of OR and WA in 1995 versus 1975?. I can tell you NYC was still high even after the 1990-95 crash. Today the good areas are perhaps up 4-5 times from 1995 and 10-12 times from 1975. Now today in the really rough ghettos and far out exhurbs of the metro area seems prices have crashed maybe as bad the ground zero sunbelt markets.
