Perhaps yes ... and ... If they ever get the system operational, one should expect some manner of exponential growth. Whatever growth is contemplated, an upper limit on the value of that growth is now likely locked-in and today's deal may also lock-in a downside limit to the adventure.

The good news here is that the existing partners are out. With them in our corner, we certainly weren't moving forward.
