Just a quick look. As Paul stated, good history of growing revs and EPS.

UEIC does offer WIFI products. For example take a look here.

Their recent earnings release missed estimates, looks like based on lower demand for new tvs and therefore remote controls. Their number one customer for the last 3 yrs has been Direct TV and each successive year sales have been declining to Direct TV, but UEIC has offset this decline by increased sales to other customers, particularly Sony. For me, I need to find more of a catalyst and there may be something here that fits that I missed.
