The only positive in that number is that the decline came completely out of the "other" category which likely represents a large number of white box vendors out of China. Those are likely tough to count and so it is likely within the margin of error for Gartner.

That being said, if it is accurate, it is pretty unexpected. We were at 5% YoY growth in the 4th quarter.
