No. I intend to have approx. 60 apartments, and just want to lease them. Traditional lending, but I will likely buy the land, build one "8 plex" with cash equity and a bank loan. Then the additional 8-plex apartment units will be financed one or two at a time, 100%, since they will be pre-leased and I have created substantial value (equity) in the property once the first one is built. At least that's what my plan is.
