PCYC on the move again. New 52 wk high. Excellent volume for this early.

I assume you wouldn't call this a flag since it didn't slope down. Would you call it a pennant?
That high in late March would seem to negate that definition since it's not a contracting triangle. What would you call this and what would it measure to?

EDIT: sorry to be abrupt. Watching a lot here.
