Googles – Glaciers at Los Azules

One could assume that you have not been reading the posts on this Due Diligence board.

Huntforvalue and I began discussing Glaciers at Los Azules in March.

Just taking the time to read the posts from just this weekend before posting the one liner Folks, there are no glaciers at Los Azules, all you need to do is look at the pictures of the area on the corporate web site. If there were glaciers, you would see ice year round. you would have understood the situation before posting this fallacy in thought.

A picture of Los Azules may be worth 1000 words, but only knowledge and proper interpretation can lead to the right conclusion.

An Example: One of the pictures below is an Indy Car the other is a Formula One Car (F1).

There are differences, but to a novice which one is which?

BTW: The F1 one car will go from Zero to 200 mph and back to Zero again in 12 seconds.

We are all prone to make mistakes from time to time.

HuntforValue and myself are both hard due diligence individuals as well as many others on this mostly serious board and we don’t post information such as this without having some facts first.

Please Note: This is not Yahoo.

Your educated comments are always welcomed Googles, but please do a little background before posting.

SI also has the option of Private Reply's so you can ask about and discuss information outside an open board.

I hope you can understand Googles, It's a little upsetting when that we take the lengthy time to write long informative posts with links to back up our statements and someone comes along and in one short one liner post says no your wrong.

Please read Huntforvalue’s post #449 Rock Glacier

There are protected glaciers at Los Azules.

Our continued discussion here appears to have gained the attention of the Center for Human Rights and Environment (CEDHA). A carefully crafted Google search “probably” lead Jorge Daniel Taillant from CEDHA to our board. Jorge is the author of the report I sited in Post #173 that report was Glacier Inventory in the Los Azules Project Area by the CEDHA.

Jorge's post Post #441 from CEDHA Saturday contains some of the more important posts on Glaciers concerning Los Azules and other mines in the Andes. Among the links in that post is the link to Mining Projects in the Region, on this page you will find letters from CEDHA to Minera Andes and Minera to CEDHA about glaciers at Los Azules.
