JBI has a permit already for

2,000 lbs / hour / 2 machines / 365 days or about 35,0400,000 lbs per year and yet only about 945,000 lbs were delivered. That's less than 3% of allowed capacity.

Just about any processing / manufacturing / recycling business I know of can't come close to breaking even running at 3% of capacity.
