Nope. I don't hate Obama. I like Obama and voted for him. I think he is an intelligent and decent man with family values that the GOP would be wise to pay attention to. In fact, I think on foreign policy, Obama is the best President we've had since Clinton. Or maybe, it's because of Hillary Clinton. :) On top of that, I absolutely love Obama's energy policies, notwithstanding some unfortunate failures like Solyndra, I still think Obama's choice of Steve Chu was a stroke of brilliance and I like where Obama is leading us there. I even like many elements of Obamacare. I also am a Social Liberal. So I like Obama's stance on gay marriage and women's rights etc.

I just really don't like Obama's economic policies. Actually, that's not even entirely true. Many of Obama's economic policies are great. I think Obama is the first President in a long time to understand the importance of manufacturing in this country and how China has raped this country to fuel its own growth. What I don't like and I'll say it until I'm blue in the face is that Obama has been reluctant to instruct Holder to prosecute vigorously the criminal banking syndicate. If Obama had any spine, he'd fire Holder and get someone like Spitzer in there. And what I don't like is Bernanke. Bernanke is the worst Fed Chairman in history. I wish Obama would replace him too. Romney has promised to replace Bernanke.

Lastly, what I don't like is that Obama has made no progress at all on reducing the deficits. If anything, they have grown under his administration. And I know that's not entirely his fault, but he has a large portion of culpability for not doing anything to reverse it.

In short, my top issue is economics and I don't like Obama's economic policies. It's really unfortunate, because on many of the other issues that impact people's lives, I am solidly in Obama's camp. But I'm willing to give up on those to get economic policies that are smarter for the long term. No social agenda is affordable without prosperity.
