Salmon - I used to hate, except smoked salmon.

Eat - it's healthy - nooooooooooo!

Yuck!

Then came along my wife.

Best salmon anywhere.

Even better than that I had at fancy restaurants.

Flakey, cooked just at the point that's it's not raw yet not cooked to rubber.

Plus takes only a few minutes to prepare and cook.

I'm a good cook, I'm trying to learn, but I'm still not sure what she does...
