Boy, there sure is a lot of BS'y whining about the FTC coming out of you Elmer.

Sorry, but you're way off base. Why would I need to whine about a handslap? I'm happy with it. It put the matter to rest. The only reason you're happy with it too is because you believe Intel was doing the things they agreed not to do in the future. Sounds like a win/win to me.

My comments were much more along the lines of the EUC thinking. The results define the angle of the playing field and as we know from Neelie's comments, too much market share can not be allowed.
