Naw I think you are wrong. SGH was a money grab while FGR $1.4M has a specific purpose.

SGH 30 and 45 MA's are .64 and .67 with PP at 0.85 while FGR is .37 / .39 with PP at 0.40...


Whose financing was out of line? Standard. I think I said 0.60 was a more reasonable price for SGH and they wouldn't have had to cancel it... and I doubt very much you reprice a PP at FGR. They are quietly building what I consider a SGH carbon copy company.

If I was running First, and I am not but I talk with the guys a lot. I would be working hard consolidating Mt.Heimdahl and trying to do a deal with Eagle keep my seed shares and let real graphite people run the show.
