15 to 20 looking like a good trading range for the VIX. 17.5 puts us right smack in the middle.

We need to see the dollar index start flying higher to shake the rest of the fluff out of the market. After a couple days of big dollar gains, it should be time to start leaning back into the market after the 6 or 7 week breather.
