Ill timed? I know what you are saying renovator, but you must understand that the company cannot have a single narrow focus. They have employed three investment banks to look after the details of pursuing a large development partner for E/A. Interoil employees are busy striking deals such as this one, which is integral to the success of the company and in no way takes away from their pursuit of a SM partner. I am very happy to see this development and hope that it will encourage a SM to strike a similar deal for another 10% of Triceratops to accompany any E/A development plans. Ideally, I would like to see IOC fully carried for all exploration over the next couple of years. I am also suprised that the share price has not moved higher, given the recent increase in IOC short sales. S&P
