How would you know? You have nothing to go by but accusations, primarily from the NY case, where incompetency was the rule of the day. Again, you prove that in your world an accusation against Intel is to be considered the final word on the matter. In fact, you will never know who was getting what.

RESPONSE: Intel admits that during 2003,2004 and 2005, a period when Dell was Intel's largest customer in terms of revenues, the dollar value of Intel's discounts to Dell were greater than those to any other customer.
