THE US International Trade Commission (UTC) has ruled that Apple's Iphone and Ipad infringe a Motorola patent, Source: The Inquirer ( http://s.tt/19ZAs)

That was yesterday's news, rehashed falsely. It was an ALJ ruling, and that patent if it is valid, requires FRAND fair and non-descriminatory licensing terms.
