Solicitor General's arguments and Obama's arguments and Holder's arguments have been assinine all along. Cops have to check driver's license, registration, insurance, warrants---and Obama isn't against any of that, but if the person in the stop is here illegally and has thus committed a crime, we don't care about that? Well if you don't care about that, how about being consistent by saying you are against checking driver's licenses, registration, insurance and warrants? Heck why don't we just disband all law enforcement because obviously trying to catch lawbreakers violates the rights of criminals, right?
