Rovi Extends Interactive Program Guide Patent License Agreement With NDS

The Multi-Year Extension Includes Rights to Mobile and Online Platforms

Through the agreement, NDS will be able to continue to provide IPG and related technologies under the Rovi patents to its customers. The extension runs for an additional 5 year period and includes new, additional rights under the Rovi patents for secondary screens such as mobile devices, tablets and online applications.
