well if you get one of those elevated gardens you can replant all year round.

But actually we have started growing all sorts of stuff in the elevated gardens. Eggplant oregano sage rosemary lettuce etc etc etc.
And we have tomatoes sprouting all over the place because we just throw the overripe tomatoes on the ground randomly and they grow like weeds

Also I had some incredibly delicious Okra (which I always hated before) which thrives in the South Florida summers (like Yuca).

But most of the Okra I have eaten in my life has been disgusting. So a guy at Fairchild told me the secret. You've got to pick the Okra while it is still small (three inches or so). If you let it grow too long it gets woody and loses its flavor (on the bedpost overnight)
