The stock should have been halted a month ago when the SEC was alerted to the ticker spamming press releases. Even a five minute look into the company would raise enough red flags that a day or two of work would give them reason to halt, long before several million shares traded and the moronic public get fleeced. Ticker spamming alone is supposed to be illegal and every PR DOMK put out ticker spams including SNY, AAPL, MSFT, RIMM. That least the SEC should have done would have been to send a cease and desist order immediately regarding the ticker spamming PR's. If the SEC actually read the PR's to give a cease and desist order, they certainly should have been able to figure out it was a complete fraud from there.

Now wait about 4 years from now the SEC will do some administrative action against Franklin where he will neither admit or deny any wrongdoing, be assessed a $50,000 fine that he will never have to pay as he enjoys the millions in profit from dumping DOMK stock on the public while the SEC slept..... And they can't say they didn't see it in time because I filled out a "whislte blower fraud complaint" directly through the SEC's website long before "the new Ipad" came out. I followed it up with a comprehensive report on the many problems with DOMK and the fact that it was a copycat of the GSLO fraud a year ago..........Still nothing more than an automated response saying the report was received.
