That's a really good question. I have used Skype albeit infrequently and I haven't a clue how a (the) conversation would be recorded. It is a video/ phone connection and in order for all Skype conversations to be recorded and stored, it would take a phenomenal amount of time/equipment and to what end ? Maybe the U.S. Black Ops are more ubiquitous than thought ? I know there is an agency that monitors virtually everything looking and listening for key words and encrypted messages. Maybe Johnny poo is a suspected terrorist. LMAO
