Flash adds a lot of overhead and even adobe is moving to HTML5 which Chrome supports. So all the flash sites will also eventually move to HTML5. In the mean time, you can still access flash web sites with Android including android 4.0 who's default browser supports flash and you can do that from within chrome via flashify.
