I done bit of search on AV-591 (currently do not have time for deeper research), and there is not much from preclinical-toxicology. Like Axitinib (Afinitor) and Linafinib, it is multiple VEGFR and PDGFR target with good selectivity: http://www.selleckbio.com/av-951-S1207.html



Based on doses used in trial it seams the most potent drug, so side effects my further improve relative to competitors. It may be worth to follow clinical development.
