Interesting logic from Rawnoc. Not even going to bother trying to argue it.

As any savvy financial analyst could tell you -- the real question is how they managed to have a gross profit on such tiny fuel sales? It's virtually unheard of unless the realistic profit margins are off the SCALE.

All that down time and free samples by the tanker load and testing and the stack test and training all are part of cost of goods sold yet the fuel sales are already profitable right out of gate?

Unless they're going to need 10 stack tests, and 10 crews trained, and 10 times as much samples and 10 times as much manufacturing overhead, then the profit margins will continue to escalate on a massive scale as sales going up say by 10 fold clips.

There was a material gross profit from P2O in the audited financials -- some say "yeah but that includes the recycling center!" -- LOL, unless it's the most profitable recycling center the world has ever seen, the recycling center likely REDUCED the massive profit margins from fuel, not increased them.

We'll get more info when the 10Q comes out -- which will show higher sales. And we'll continue to get more info with each earnings report. The 2nd processor didn't even exist until Q1 -- we have no proof of just how massively profitable yet its margins are being run at the same time as the first processor by the same small crew and without stack testing and training. Profit margins started out awesome and will get more awesome in the future. Stay tuned! Profitability is a no brainer.

#5 is far from CRUSHED. What about that Cost of Sales in their last financial report? Seems pretty significant for a company that supposedly gets free feedstock. What about sorting and handling costs?

#6 is not CRUSHED. Just because they have signed a few contracts does not mean much.

#1 through 4 I would have expected anyway...

Glad you put 7 through 10 in... i think they are unattainable for the most part.

Question: there were many claims made about low labor costs (all it takes is a couple of $10/hour guys??). What about the fact that they have 37 people in Operations.. and that COGS..??

I don't post here much anymore... but... EH??
