|With what? BING, et al, can imitate anything on the text front. Why not go graphic? To implement this Adwords idea GOOG would have to divide the front page into search for products from search for info. That might be difficult unless it could be done automatically.|
Another possibility would be to use cash to create a new company that provides the graphic and text ad presentation while reserving the usual search operations for existing facilities. I think most people would be willing to accept an intermediate screen that allows the user to discern for product search from info search. One could factor back into the other too.
