Revolt, quite an amazing coup that Alan Barksdale (Mr. RDMP) apparently has pulled off here. I spoke with him the other day and asked him, why is he embarking on a path that is going to be viewed essentially as a hostile takeover of an E&P company, when he is such a young guy (mid 30's) who looks like he's going to be around the oil patch for awhile, and this industry is a collaborative industry (farmouts, etc.), and is he not concerned that he will be viewed as some sort of pariah who should be given a wide berth going forward? His response was not very memorable, I don't recall it.
