I wonder what sort of civil action Amazon could initiate against Apple after the DOJ and the 15 states joining in this historic action finish their opening volley. There seems little doubt that restraint of trade has taken place, and consumers have been hurt. But I am curious what remedies Amazon could seek; clearly many aspects of their business have been extraordinarily damaged by this unprecedented collusion.
