As I mentioned on Friday, delaying the election wasn't a done deal and the court and governor general hadn't commented yet but RJ downgraded anyway.

The government fiasco last Friday was nothing compared to the PNG constitutional crises last fall but RJ never downgraded IOC on that. The crises was a real concern and IOC's share price was nailed.

Oh well, didn't cost me anything other than watching a IOC down day but it kept me thinking about it over the weekend.
