So, do you think the chick in Maryland is a giant set up just for a lawsuit at a chance of stealing someone else's winnings?

She claimed ot be winner, claimed ot lose ticket in public place, now real winner steps forward. Is she gonna sue him saying he must have found ticket in McD's and she is entitled to winnings?

Gonna be interesting to follow. If true, she learned the ways of the US quickly after coming here from haiti.
