This case said that growing wheat for personal use affected interstate commerce. It was negative like an injunction to stop doing something which affects interstate commerce. Obamacare is different. It requires you to start doing something or be penalized. Positive Injunctions are not usually issued and are disfavored by the law.

I do not think the case applies. The affect on interstate commerce is also to difficult a propostion to use as a standard otherwise the power of the gov is absolute.
