Re:<"...all companies make mistakes...">

Yes. The situation with the media credits was only a minor lapse in ethical judgement...extending all the way from when Mr. Bordynuik started his search for an asset, any asset, whether it made sense for the business story or not, that he could buy for virtually nothing which he could use to artificially bolster the balance sheet and which he felt would be 'audit-proof'...all the way through Mr. Bordynuik paying for the auditor's criminal trial so the auditor could sign off on the valuations. It was all just a 'mistake'.

Certainly if Mr. Bordynuik lied about something like commercial production or patents, those would be much more than simple mistakes. Oh, that happened? Well, time to paint those as 'mistakes' too as to not cast doubt on Mr. Bordynuik's character. For this scam to continue to work, Mr. Bordynuik has to take a few hits as a buffoon because otherwise shareholders would start to see him as a liar and question where else he might be dishonest.

But what if Mr. Bordynuik's 'honest buffoonery' was also in play when he said that he could make diesel from pyrolysis of plastic for less than $0.25/gallon?? Things I'm sure shareholders would rather avoid thinking about.
