Not a surprise. The company has already rejected the offer however. Also, not a surprise.

How could this NOT have been a good deal with the great dividend, worldwide exposure, and as much bad news out there as possible when it was $18. Buying straw hats in the summer isn't such a bad idea:) There may be other suitors coming out of the woodwork now AVP is in play.
