I just realized that the new iPad doesn't have a flash for the camera. I wonder why?

Maybe because the folks at Apple agree with me: either nail it without flash, or it's not really a picture in the first place.

Or, they realized those silly LED flashes are stupidly inefectual.

One or the other.
