A special one-time cash dividend would be one way I see. To propel the stock enabling insiders to unload or short. Just because the company might actually have cash on it's books, doesn't mean to me that it's not a fraud or fraudulently run.

Oops. Forgot I held PWRD and that it's Beijing domiciled. I recalled it as HK based.
